Code of Conduct and Event Regulations
All participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers, must acknowledge and adhere to this Code of Conduct. The conference organizers are committed to upholding these guidelines throughout the event and expect everyone’s cooperation in fostering a safe and respectful environment.
Our conference is dedicated to creating an inclusive, harassment-free atmosphere for all attendees, irrespective of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. Harassment includes but is not limited to inappropriate verbal comments, sexual content in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, unwarranted physical contact, disruptive behavior, and unsolicited sexual attention. If a participant is asked to cease any harassing behavior, they are expected to comply immediately. We take a zero-tolerance stance on harassment in any form, whether it occurs during formal sessions, workshops, social events, or in any online channels related to the event. Any advertising or promotion of gambling, pornography, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Participants found in violation of this policy may face consequences such as removal from the event without refund, at the discretion of the organizers.
Sponsors must also comply with our anti-harassment policy. This includes refraining from displaying sexualized content or activities. Staff at sponsor booths (including volunteers) are prohibited from wearing sexualized attire or creating an inappropriate environment. Should a participant engage in harassing actions, the event organizers have the right to take appropriate measures, including removal from the event without a refund.
If you experience or witness harassment, or have any concerns, please notify a member of the conference staff right away. Staff members can be identified by their branded clothing or badges. We are here to assist you by connecting you with security or law enforcement, arranging for an escort, or providing any necessary support to help you feel safe throughout the event. Your comfort and safety are paramount, and we are dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
Only sponsors who have reserved booth space are authorized to engage in promotional or sales activities, and these activities must be confined to the designated booth area. This includes handing out promotional items, conducting raffles, or any other form of marketing. Any form of advertising related to gambling, pornography, or other illegal activities is prohibited. Any form of marketing, sales, or promotional activity outside of the designated booth space is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event.
